• Pricing: $40 per session, $150 for a package of five sessions.

The Session Flow
• History & Goals: Each session begins with a discussion of the patient’s history, the goals of the treatment, what to expect during the session, and any questions the patient has.
• Needle Placement: The patient is asked to undress and lay face down, then draped with towels. Needles are placed in points and channels in the body, affecting local tissue and systemic energy throughout the body.
• Rest & Integration: The patient is then left to rest with the needles for 15-20 minutes.
• Customization: Massage, Cupping, and Moxa are incorporated as needed and requested.
• Repeat: The patient then turns over, and this process is repeated.
• Comfort: All feedback is welcome during and after the session. The practitioner ensures the patient is comfortable and relaxed.
After the Session (What to Expect)
• Some people will feel very relaxed, calm, sleepy, light, and open.
• Some might feel light-headed, which usually goes away with food or rest.
• The next day you may experience muscle soreness, similar to a post-workout soreness. This will pass after a day or two.
• Activity: You are free to continue with normal activities after acupuncture, but it’s always good to listen to your body. If you need extra rest, let yourself rest. It is also fine to exercise after.
• Integration: Changes in energy and mental states are common. So, allow yourself extra time to recover and integrate after the session.
